Ferrofol-c has been developed especially for pregnant women to increase the intake of iron and folic acid in addition to the intake from a diet.

In the supplement, iron is in a well absorbable form of ferrous(II)bis-glycinate which is non-irritable in the stomach. The iron content of 25 mg is well tolerated. Folic acid of 400 μg ensures the sufficient intake of folate during pregnancy. Vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron.

A sufficient intake of folic acid is important even when planning pregnancy and in the early weeks of pregnancy. Folic acid contributes to cell division of the fetus and the development of neural tubes in the brain and spinal cord which occurs in the early weeks of pregnancy. 

The recommended intake of folic acid during pregnancy is 500 μg daily, this amount many mothers can’t get only from the diet.

How To Use:

1 tablet daily swallowed with water. Do not exceed suggested dosage. Do not use it if the seal is broken or missing.
