In the diet, Vitamin D is found in limited amounts in fish, egg yolk, milk and dairy products, and margarine. If you eat fish less than 2-3 times a week, rarely drink milk, or follow a vegan diet, the recommended amount of vitamin from the diet cannot be achieved, which leads to Vitamin D deficiency regardless of the age of the individual.
Vitamin D3 100 µg (4000 IU), Sweetener (xylitol), cholecalciferol, emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids) aroma (strawberry, raspberry).
How To Use:
For adults 1 chewable tablet per day. Chew the tablet slowly. Dissolve in the mouth. Do not exceed suggested dosage. Do not use it if the seal is broken or missing.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. A food supplement is not a substitution for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
