How to use:
Add 625 mL (22 fl oz) of cold water to an extra-large shaker cup, then add 4 scoops of powder (or if using a normal-sized shaker cup, use 300 mL of water and 2 scoops, enjoy, and repeat, so you have 2 shakes). Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Enjoy after exercise; first thing in the morning; or anytime you need extra protein. Milk, juice, or your favorite beverage can also be used instead of water if desired.
