Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a type of fungus native to Asia, including China, Korea, and Japan. Traditional Chinese medicine has used this mushroom for thousands of years due to them containing phytochemicals such as beta-glucans, plant sterols, polysaccharides, and triterpenes.

Shiitake (Lentinus edodes) is a popular food in Asia where it originates from. They are one of the most cultivated varieties of mushroom.

Maitake (Grifola frondosa) is a mushroom native to the mountains of Japan. It can be translated from Japanese into dancing mushrooms. Similar to Reishi mushroom, they are a source of beta-glucans and polysaccharides.

This formulation provides three species of mushrooms that have been part of traditional oriental health practices for 2,000 years. Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake mushrooms contain naturally occurring constituents, including the natural polysaccharide known as beta glucan.

How to use:
