How to use: 

• Cook before consuming. Place 1 cup of NOW Real Food Organic Sprouted Brown Rice with 2 1/2 cups of water in a pot.
•  Allow for mixture to reach a soft boil. Cover the tight fitting lid and place on low heat for 45-50 minutes. 
• Uncover and let it stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and enjoy.
