MARNYS® Omega 3 is a liquid food supplement based on fish oil (containing 1.4g Omega 3 per 5ml) that facilitates heart and neural function, supplementing the diet under situations with high metabolic requirement, such as growth, development and ageing.  MARNYS® Omega 3 keeps the properties of fish oil intact, guaranteeing the highest quality standards.  MARNYS® Omega 3 provides 1.2g DHA+EPA, in accordance with the European Pharmacopoeia.  DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are essential fatty acids that cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through the diet. They are part of the phospholipids in the body's cell membranes and clearly influence their structure and functionality. DHA is naturally found in high concentrations in nerve tissues and the retina.  Omegas in MARNYS® Omega 3 are present as triglycerides, which have been shown to have the best bioavailability of DHA+EPA vs. ethyl esters (Dyerberg, 2010)

How to use:

• Take once a day the recommended daily dose according to age. Consume directly without cooking.
• 4-6 years: take one dose of 1.25ml a day (contains 184mg EPA and 115mg DHA).
•  7-12 years: take one dose of 2.50ml a day (contains 368mg EPA and 230mg DHA).
•  Over 12 years and adults: take one dose of 5ml a day (contains 736mg EPA and 460mg DHA).
