How to use:

Shake Well Before Using.
Add 0.7 ml (approximately 1/8 teaspoon) to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals. Do not exceed suggested dosage. Do not use it if the seal is broken or missing.
