Ducray laboratories have developed the Ictyane Ducray HD cream based on hydroxydécine® (Pierre Fabre patent), derived from royal jelly for its double effectiveness on several factors of skin dryness: it promotes intracellular hydration and improves the sealing of the skin and the barrier function against transepidermal water loss. This molecule is associated with a petroleum jelly/glycerine complex (with emollient properties) and shea butter for its lipid-replenishing effects.
