1441 Fitness MDL-66 is equipped with a heavy-duty compact squat rack with adjustable j-hooks and spotter's arms. This rack allows you to safely squat, bench press, and perform a variety of other barbell exercises. The j-hooks are easy to adjust and have a 5mm rubber coating to protect your barbell. The spotter's arms are 40 cm long, giving you plenty of room for benching. A lat pulldown is located in the centre of the MDL-66, behind the squat rack, and provides a variety of exercises for your back and arms. The lat pulldown is constructed with sealed bearing pulleys and a commercial cable system with a tensile strength of 2000 lbs. The seated row station features a clever footplate that provides a centre pulley for seated rows, bent over rows, and a variety of lower pulley workouts. The lat pulldown also features a knee pad that is adjustable which helps you stay stable and down when performing heavy lat pulldowns. 2 Adjustable dip handles come with every MDL-66 squat rack. The dip handles are super easy to adjust and remove when you are done with them. The rubber-coated handles give you a perfect anti-slip surface to grip and the second post is used for resistance band assisted dips. Every MDL-66 squat rack comes with a T-bar row attachment. This is ideal for utilising an Olympic or normal barbell to do T-Bar rows, rotating core twists, and a variety of other workouts. For the cable lat pulldown station and seated row, the MDL-66 has a plate loaded pulley system with Olympic or Standard weight plates. This plate-loaded system is balanced, reducing friction and providing a smooth, uniform cable resistance.
