How To Use:

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: One effervescent tablet daily. Berocca Calcium and Magnesium is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age. The effervescent tablets are dissolved in a glass of water to produce an orange-flavoured or tropical-flavoured drink. Berocca should be taken four hours before or after taking other medications.
