How to Use:

Massage gently while wearing the cap for the scalp and hair to absorb the essence. Leave on for 20-30 minutes and gently remove the cap. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water. After washing your face, thoroughly wet your nose. With dry hands, peel off the plastic liner. Leave it for 10-15 minutes until the strip has completely dried. Carefully peel it off, starting at edges, pulling towards the centre.
