Vitamin d is an important vitamin for the development of strong bones and teeth. It contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and to the normal level of calcium in the blood.

Vitamin d contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system (the body's defense mechanism against bacteria and viruses) and the normal functioning of muscles.

In the diet, vitamin D is found in limited amounts in fish, egg yolk, milk and dairy products, and margarine. If you eat fish less than 2-3 times a week, rarely drink milk, or eat a vegan diet, the recommended amount of vitamin from the diet cannot be achieved, which leads to vitamin D deficiency regardless of the age of the individual.

For adults 1 chewable tablet per day. Chew the tablet slowly. Dissolve in the mouth.
