Recommended usage:
- Mix a single 7g sachet with 500ml of cold water & shake well.
- 500ml 1-2 hours before prolonged or intense exercise
- 150-200ml immediately before you begin
- 500-750ml per hour during extended exercise
- 500ml within 20 minutes of finishing the exercise
- We use real fruit in our real hydration products which may naturally settle after time - a simple 'shake-to-wake' of your bottle will revive the mix for optimal hydration.
- For low-intensity, short-duration exercise (under 60 minutes) as long as you follow a healthy balanced diet and drink plenty of water before you start, there is no real need to replace electrolytes before, during, or after your session.
- However, short high-intensity workouts (especially in the heat or extreme cold) & long low-intensity exercise (over 2 hours) can take their toll on your hydration.
