It can be applied neat, directly to the face, using cotton wool or can be diluted for use. It can also be added to your bath as you require.

Aqua (purified water), Alcohol, Rose Oil.

How to use:

To use as a toner apply using clean cotton wool. Natures Aid Premium Strength Traditional Rose Water could also be diluted in water or added to a bath as required.
