How to use:

• For adults, take one (1) capsule daily with water. It is preferable to take it with food. Not intended for children. The capsules have a light natural strawberry flavour. Put the package in the refrigerator after opening to preserve the freshness of the capsules.
• Advanced use: Adults may increase the dose to two (2) capsules daily.
