How to use:
- On workout days, take 6 caplets (1 power pack) before or immediately after your workout. If you don't work out, take 6 caplets before breakfast.
- Consume with a large glass of water (300-500 ml).
- To improve the effectiveness, take caplets with a large glass of fruit juice (e.g. grape juice) or a carbohydrate drink.
- For maximum results use every day as results will improve with constant use.
- After 8-12 weeks of use, discontinue for 2-4 weeks and then repeat the cycle.
